Investment Solutions was founded by two experienced property investors and commercial mortgage brokers. As the management of Investment Solutions invest themselves they are well placed to guide their clients around the potential pitfalls of property investment.

Over the years the Management team of Investment Solutions has helped our clients buy thousands of investment properties. Some of these clients have bought a couple of properties as a pension fund for the future however many Investment Solutions clients have with our help embarked upon a full time career in property investment. Many of our clients started with the notion that they wanted to be landlords but didn’t have any property. Many of these clients have multi-million pound property portfolios. So who are Investment Solutions

Ian Fleming

Ian has been a property investor for a number of years, he started investing in property while in the Armed Forces. After leaving the Forces, Ian went into the finance business as an asset manager for a leasing company.

Ian moved into the mortgage market about 3 years ago, working for the biggest buy to let mortgage brokers in the UK. He quickly became a top broker within the company and as his experience grew so did his client base. He still continues to buy investment properties and now has a substantial investment portfolio.

Ian likes nothing better than to network with other like mined people and is always available to help new investors build their own portfolio. After being in this market on a day to day basis and also having a hands on approach, Ian has a vast amount of experience to pass onto others.

David Hogg

David has been a property investor and commercial mortgage broker for 5 years. In 2008 his services to the buy to let industry was recognized when he won “best buy to let broker” at the British Mortgage Awards. David has been investing in property for 5 years and his first buy to let property costs him £30,000. This property is now worth £90,0000 and under pinned the expansion of his property portfolio which now numbers over thirty five properties. David regularly speaks about property investing and attends many property seminars and networking groups.
